Yes! we deliver and pick up each rental.
We are proud to offer FREE delivery within 15 miles of our location in Clifton Park. However, a delivery charge will be calculated (per mile) on any delivery outside of our free delivery radius.

The drop-off and pick-up times may vary. Typical drop-off time is between: 7:00am and 1:00pm. Typical pick-up time is between: 5:00pm and 8:00pm. We will email you 2-3 days prior to your party and provide you with a one (1) hour window for a delivery time. Sometimes, we have to make deliveries the day prior, or make a pick up the following morning. We will always notify you in this event. We do NOT charge by the hour. We are proud to offer all day rentals and are always willing to work with the customer to achieve their specific rental needs and requirements.
In the event of rain, we kindly ask that you keep the inflatable ON. This helps keep any water from flooding the inside of the inflatable.
If the forecast calls for rain overnight, and the inflatable is still in your yard, we ask that you DO NOT leave the inflatable blown up unattended all night. However, it’s a tremendous help to plug it back in in the morning, and we will deal with the flooded unit accordingly.
Yes! We ensure all our units are meticulously cleaned. Our commitment is to provide a clean, well-maintained, and safe environment for your children to play in. After each rental, every unit undergoes a thorough cleaning process using commercial vinyl cleaners, followed by disinfection and sanitization. Once cleaned, the unit is inspected to guarantee its cleanliness.
Everything! Our units are a fantastic addition to any gathering, whether it’s a party, event, or celebration. You can choose from our extensive range of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units for various occasions, including birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and many more!
Water should never be used with inflatables that aren’t specifically designed for it. However, we do offer inflatables made for water use. We can provide you with information on the available water units for your event. We supply a 25-foot water hose for these units; if the unit is farther away, please have an additional hose ready.
From our experience, it is always best to have a level, grassy area that is free from any trees, power lines or other home structures. If that is not possible for you, we can set up the bounce rental on asphalt or concrete.
It is VERY important you notify us of the surface you have available to ensure we are bringing the proper equipment.
